These are included in the advertised van hire price. The additional driver is optional and must meet the same requirements.
Who can drive
- Aged 25 to 69 for the full hire period
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- No more than 6 penalty points, from no more than two separate 3-point offences
- No driving disqualification in the last 24 months
- No DR, UT, DD, BA, IN or CD driving offences
- No more than one fault accident in the last 3 years
- No outstanding criminal convictions
- No insurance previously declined, cancelled or refused at renewal
Occupations we cannot insure
- Professional sport
- Entertainment or theatrical work
- Racing or gambling
What every driver must provide
- Photo ID driving licence
- Two bills dated within the last 3 months as proof of address
- Proof of the new address if you have recently moved
- National Insurance number or a DVLA licence check code
Payment and licence check
Payment is made at our premises or by card over the phone on 07494 086162. The team checks the DVLA record manually using the National Insurance number or DVLA check code supplied by the driver.
